Governor Strickland ignored thousands of consumer comments opposing his rule to restrict "rBGH-Free" dairy labels. Now the International Dairy Foods Association and the Organic Trade Association are suing the state to keep these important labels. Governor Strickland could still do the right thing, and save the State of Ohio a lot of time and money by rescinding the rule before it goes into effect in September.
