Don't let Congress give away water aid to private companies

The Water for the World Act will bring safe drinking water to 100 million people for the first time. This is an important goal for which the U.S. should strive.  However, the bill contains a peripheral component that encourages privatization of municipal water systems. Water is a human right, not a commodity.
